COMPETITION: World Dessert Championship
I am a proud work at home mom of two beautiful children with a passion for cooking. That passion for cooking also includes an obsession for cheesecakes. I began baking cheesecakes my senior year of high school and have enjoyed tweaking recipes to make them my own; my husband laughs at me of the crazy flavors I come with. This passion allowed me to start my own cheesecake company in 2012. I am now currently up to 80 unique flavors of cheesecake, including gluten-free and vegan; with many more to be added. I found out about the World Food Championships last year and set my sights on being able to compete. I qualified in 2018 with a Golden ticket for Best Dessert at Bacon Bash and now in 2019 at Indulgence with a Golden Ticket for Most Indulgent Dessert. I cannot wait to head to Dallas to compete again.
