COMPETITION: World Invitational Steak Championship


The Rotary Club of Point Clear is comprised of members of a civic club. The Team cooks in a variety of events as a way of supporting other civic clubs in their fundraising ventures. Each member of the Team is an amateur backyard cook and no one on the Team has a culinary background or training. After fourteen years of competing against other civic clubs, restaurants and professional chefs in the Fairhope Rotary Steak Cook-Off, our Team won the 2018 event. Unbeknownst to the Team this win gave us entry into the WFC event in Orange Beach, Alabama in November. We are fired up and ready to compete against the big boys and girls.
