HEAD COOK: Brittany Furbee

Brittany Furbee is a homegrown chef and writer from wild and wonderful West Virginia. Her cooking style is all about using natural and locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that are simply delicious, which she showcases on her new blog Porch to Table. This will be Brittany’s first appearance at the World Food Championship but not her first time in a competitive kitchen. She was recently featured on an episode of Food Networks Cooks vs. Cons which sparked her addiction to competitive cooking. While Brittany’s culinary journey is just beginning her love for food runs deeps and she can’t wait to compete against some of the best chefs in the world at the WFC!
