HEAD COOK: Gary Davis

Gary Davis graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts. During his time at Johnson & Wales, Gary won awards and accolades for his talent. Gary left school and became a line cook at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel in their restaurant, Orchids at Palm Court. In the six years that Gary was at the Hilton, he was promoted from line cook to sous chef to the Banquet Chef. From 2012 till present Gary has been promoted from the Executive Banquet Chef, to the Executive Sous Chef, then to the Chef De Cuisine and now currently the Executive Chef of Jack Casino Cincinnati. In 2016 he was Northeast American Culinary Federation Chef of the year and got a bid to compete to be the National Chef of the year. In that same year he was also a guest contestant on Guys Grocery Games. In his downtime Gary loves spending time with his two daughters Alana and Olivia and his beautiful wife Valerie Davis.
