I would watch the cooks and idealize them telling myself I want to have that job. After a year i got promoted to fry cook and my life changed forever.\r\nI ran my first high volume kitchen at the age of 18 and after spending 5 years in corporate kitchens I decided i needed more of a challenge. i started working for a private golf club in Atlanta GA where I was mentored by some really great chefs. By the age of 25 i was promoted to Sous Chef and landed my first Executive Chef position at the age of 29 for one of the most luxurious private golf clubs in Georgia where I\'ve held the position for the last 7 years. \r\nMy cooking style is deeply rooted in American regional food and ingredients.
