In 2012, after losing a job of 21 years, Donnie knew how to do 2 things: cook and teach medical subjects, being a National Regisrered Paramedic. Cooking won out. We opened a family- operated BBQ restaurant and have been in business for 4 years. In 2014 Big D's was voted al.com People's Choice Rib Champion. With God's help, Big D's dream of being a household name is on the horizon. Hard work, a great team and new menu items almost weekly are helping make the dream come true.
