I am a truck driver by trade but absolutely love to cook. Creating easy and amazing dishes and serving them to friends and family is by far one of my favorite things in life. I have such a desire to cook and learn and make people happy with food. Over the last 1.5 years I've started competing in culinary competitions and it's been through the support of my wonderful fiance that has driven me this far.it is my dream to open a food truck and catering business.
