I have worked and opened several restaurants throughout the last 20 years or so. From small kitchens to fine dining establishments, I have worked the front and back of the house, along with being in management. Having competed on FOX's MasterChef, to stuff on the food network on the horizon, and being the Resident Chef with Williams-Sonoma, I have an extensive background and awesome culinary palette. My Ragin' Cajun Cookin' style, has all the Nawlin's flavors, with a Sin City twist to it. When you're in Las Vegas, be sure to check out what we have to offer!
