HEAD COOK: Susan Boyle
COMPETITION: World Dessert Championship
Susan has a broad repertoire of confectionary skills that covers Pastries, Cakes,Pies,Fondant,Chocolate, Cookies, Pulled Sugar, and Gingerbread houses. She also taught classes for years to both children and adults in decorating at various different levels. Each year Susan is a featured chef at the Florida Restaurant and Lodging show. She is also a member of the ACF in Orlando Florida. A professional pastry Chef/caterer and a Bakery Manager for Publix Supermarket. Susan competes in multiple contest throughout the year. Giving back to the community, she donates her time to several charities such as Make A Wish, Ronald McDonald House, United Way and March of Dimes. Susan is also in the process of publishing a dessert/ pie cookbook for 2016.
