Chef de cuisine at Fins at sharky's in Venice, Fl. We are a fresh seafood steak house. We drive to use only the freshest local products. We buy produce from Sweet Grass Farms a local hydro farm in Sarasota Fl. We use Seminole Pride beef (the only local Floridan beef product). The cattle are raised on Seminole pride Indian reserve. We purchase seafood from the gulf in small quantities so we ensure freshness. We print our menu everyday to keep new and exciting contemporary dishes. Chef Marc Alton (The Executive Chef) and myself take pride in creating things people can not experience in other places. The greatness of our restaurant does not come from one person. But, from an inspired team trying to show the world how far the culinary adventure can take you! Live strong, eat well!
