Lu Holter is an enthusiastic & creative BBQ competitor and home cook. She loves all foods and is passionate about finding new ways to use ingredients in dishes. She qualified by placing in the top ten for pasta in 2014 and is looking forward to competing again.
She and her husband, Damon, own Croix Valley Foods in River Falls, WI. They produce all natural sauces, marinades, dry rubs, spices and Bloody Mary seasonings. The have won numerous international awards with their products and are both fiercely competitive. Damon placed in the top ten in the sandwich category last year and will be assisting Lu in pasta and competing again himself.
