in 2010, I started working on creating a number of products that were geared towards the health community. I wanted to make protein bars and other products that were truly all-natural and healthy for everyone. After two years in development, I started my own e-commerce selling a full menu of protein bars and protein pudding. This venture led way to continuing my journey in culinary arts. I created recipes and e-cookbooks for a local Austin company and grew to releasing my own cookbooks. In 2013, I rebranded my company to break way to making multiple products under one way and not just protein bars. During this time I chose to leave my job to follow my passion full-time knowing all the hard work that I was going to have to put in to make it a success. I also opened my own catering company in Austin, Tx and as a full-service company I am also a private chef to a number of clients to help make their daily lives easier by cooking single serve meals in the comforts of their home. In August of this year I started culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu with the intent to learn some amazing techniques from some amazing instructors.
