I am a Japanese tough cookie who moved from all the way from Japan to marry to my American husband 5 years ago. I have no culinary education and experience but I have strong challenging spirit in a new field, "Kitchen", and big dream to become the best home cook knowing how to incorporate Western and Eastern flavor to make mouthwatering food. I love to experiment, try something new to find unexpected delicious flavor. My cooking style is fusion which means I incorporate Western and Eastern flavor to make delicious, nuturitious and healthy food for my diabetic husband. Cooking is not just a fun for me. It is a big part of my life to help him live healthy and live long. It is a big responsibility as his wife but I have been enjoying it and learning as cooking every day. I cook 3 times a day and 7 days a week and I am loving it.
