QUALIFYING EVENT: Smokin on the Big Creek (Dessert)
I cook competitively with the Gettin' Basted Championship BBQ Team. I normally spend my time in the background as the BBQ wife, assisting my husband while he collects all of the accolades and glory. Recently, I decided to enter a dessert competition and not only won 1st place, but received a perfect score. I look forward to stepping into the spotlight at the World Food Championships. Perhaps I'll meet my husband at the final table, as he is cooking at the WFC as well in the burger category.
