I have been in law enforcement for ten years. Although public service was very rewarding, I was always drawn to cooking for others. I guess it’s helping or pleasing others that make me happy. I left the force to open my own restaurant; a small signature sandwich shop. I have a great group of customers that often visit the Shubee Shack. Located a crab ball’s throw from the Gulf of Mexico, I opened in 2009. My award winning sandwich shop, 2010, 2011, 2012 “Best of the Beaches”, is my pride and joy.
