My name is Danny Fly and I am pumped about competing in the Bacon World Championship competition! I have been competing in BBQ competitions in KCBC and MBN sanctioned events for the last ten years (and have won numerous awards I might add). I have also been a judge in numerous MBN BBQ competitions. I have always had a passion for good food and good wine. I am a wine and spirits store owner by day and the Fly household personal chef by night. My wife and kids are my toughest judges and my biggest fans. I am also an avid duck hunter and am excited to see DUCK as the infused ingredient for the top ten finals in the bacon competition!
