.Craig Kimmel has been a fulltime Firefighter/Paramedic outside Orlando, Fl for over 21 years. Craig's been competing in professional BBQ comps for over 16 years. In this time he has won over 300 awards, Four Florida State Championships and was a winner on TLC's BBQ Pitmasters
