Jay DiEugenio spent 6 years traveling America, learning the Art of Tailgating from amateur chefs and football fans in parking lots from coast to coast. He collected their recipes, learned their tricks, and shared their passion with the world through television, radio, and print appearances. Today, their influence can be seen in the menu items he creates for one of the hottest Food Trucks in the country! Serving "unabashedly American, unapologetic man-food", his BACON MANia Truck is an homage to these Tailgaters and a celebration of Power of Pork!
