Simplicity is the style of Pitmaster, Jay Reeder of 420Q Competition BBQ Team. From his set up to his BBQ it's all about simple straight forward BBQ. 420Q was born out of Jay's restaurant, Hempen Hill BBQ, in Hagerstown, MD. With the success of his restaurant, Jay turned his attention to the KCBS circuit for a forum to stand toe-to-toe with some BBQ greats and see how he stood up ... two short years later he finds himself here at the World Food Championships and is excited and grateful for the experience!
