Ran a very successful Gourmet food truck, Slow Cal BBQ, in San Diego before moving to Vegas.
Opened my first resturant and the age of 29 in Downtown San Diego called The Juke Joint Cafe.
Worked in NYC for Bobby Flay at Mesa Grill.
A member of Cutthroat Culinary, a group of rebel chefs.
