Chef & Owner of Rib Line BBQ & Grill and Rib Line by the Beach in the beautiful Central Coast of California. We are proud to bring to the competition our Triple Threat Tri-Tip Chili that is served at both restaurants daily and has already taken 1st Place People's Choice 2013 & 4th Place Overall 2012 at the World Food Championships. This year we plan to elevate our flavors to get into the final day's showdown!
