QUALIFYING EVENT: 2013 World Food ChampionshipsAlthough primarily a home cook, I have been competing for the past 10 years in International Chili Society (ICS) and CASI sanctioned cook-offs. Having finished in the top 3 in over 60 contests, I take pride in my 1st place State Championship cook-offs including Missouri State (Chili Verde), Nebraska State (Salsa), Illinois State CASI (Traditional Red Chili), and Louisiana State (Traditional Red Chili). My team member, Jill Goldberg, and I take pride in my Cheesehead Chili moniker and are proud to represent the great State of Wisconsin (Go Pack!!).
