“The Big Show” Brings Back Bonus Bucks at the World Food Championships

The World Food Championships (WFC) announced “The Big Show” with John Boy & Billy will be returning as Food Sport sponsors for this year’s Ultimate Food Fight in Dallas, Texas. The Charlotte-based syndicated show’s line of signature sauces will once again be featured in WFC’s Bonus Bucks program.

The Bonus Bucks program gives Food Champs the opportunity to earn extra cash by incorporating special ingredients, regardless if they make the Top 10 payout rounds. There will be a winner from the Signature round, Structured round, and Top 10 round.

All WFC categories are eligible to participate in the John Boy & Billy Bonus Bucks Program. To be eligible, competitors must use at least one of John Boy & Billy Grillin' Sauces in their entry dish. In addition to giving WFC competitors more chances to win big, John Boy & Billy will also be giving one lucky attendee the ultimate “John Boy” experience. 

During the WFC’s Main Event at Reunion Tower Lawn from October 16-20, John Boy & Billy will be hosting an on-site sweepstakes where the winner will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to meet John Boy at Booger Branch Ranch and watch a live studio taping of the show. (No purchase necessary. Eligible to residents in the contiguous 48 states. Must be 18 years or older). The winner will be announced at WFC’s award ceremony on Sunday, October 20th and posted online afterwards.
