2015 Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary.  Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning a prize.  Void where prohibited.

1.HOW TO ENTER: To enter submit a Recipe and at least one Photo, email contest@worldfoodchampionships.com.  Entries will be accepted from 8:00am TO 11:59pm CST on 2/4/2015 ~ 2/13/2015.  Multiple entries per person permitted. No mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries allowed.  Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, all of which are void.  Entries become World Food Championships’ property and will not be returned.

2.ELIGIBILITY:  Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older excluding employees of World Food Championships, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the families and/or household members of each of the above.

3.JUDGING: Winners will be named after the judging period and chosen from among all eligible entries received. Judging periods will be conducted by no more than three (3) representatives of World Food Championships whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest.  Winners do not need to be present to win. Winners will be notified two (2) days after the designated contest period ends. 

4.PRIZES : Ten (10) World Food Championships registration fees waived (over the course of 10 different contests). Approximate Retail Value: $250each. Total Retail Value of Prizes: $2500. 40 additional runner ups will receive qualification to the World Food Championships (over the course of 10 different contests) (no Retail Value). Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received prior to each drawing.  Limit one Prize per person. 

5.PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable. Taxes on Prizes are sole responsibility of winner.  Winners may be required to complete and sign a Form W-9 before any prize can be awarded.  No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable.  Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (where permitted) within a time period designated by Sponsor, or Prize may be forfeited.  By accepting Prizes, winner consents to use of names, email addresses, and likenesses for advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.  By accepting prize, winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize.  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize of the promotion.

6.WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of prize winners, available two (2) days after contest period ends, send an e-mail to Micky Pietkiewicz (micky@mmacreative.com).
