Scottsdale Food Champs Spicing Things Up!

Just when you thought the food champ chatter was simmering down, the World Food Championships competitors crank up the heat!

WFC competitors, Suzanne Clark and Chef Anthony Serrano, are heating things up in the kitchen—again! Suzanne Clark, the 2014 World Pasta Champion, recently shared her winning recipes on Sonoran Living Live. Clark shared her Pumpkin Ravioli with Sage Butter, as well as the Lemongrass Sake sauce she pairs with her Crab and Scallop Mousse Tortellini—the dish that got her to the Final Table!

Chef Anthony Serrano, owner of Arizona El Palacio Restaurant & Cantina and 2nd place competitor in the World Recipe Championship, was also featured on Sonoran Living Live. He shared his “Taco Bout Cheese Taco,” as well as his Top 10 dish, the “Cheese-y Potato-y Beer-y Soup.”
