I am the creator of the food blog, 'DeSocio in the Kitchen'. DeSocio in the Kitchen takes readers and followers on foodie adventures both in the kitchen and outside at the grill. I love to travel and participate in cooking classes and multi-day workshops around the world! I then bring that knowledge back and share recipes, spices, and cooking techniques with friends and followers. To taste all the flavors of the world is at the top of my bucket list. I've attended cooking classes in Spain, France, London, Thailand, Italy three times, Puerto Rico as well as many classes in the states. But international flavors aren't all you'll find on my blog, I also have a passion for grilling the classics like steak and potatoes. It is my hope to inspire other home cooks to try new things in the kitchen, have a little fun doing it, and not be afraid to fail and just order pizza - because it happens to us all. I like to say my "recipes aren't complicated but never boring". Recently I announced my upcoming appearance on Food Network's new series 'Grill of Victory' where I compete against two other home cooks for a new backyard kitchen, my episode airs in the fall of 2021.
