World Food Championships Release Tournament Schedule for 2025 Championship Event in Indianapolis

Indianapolis, IN (May 15, 2025) – The World Food Championships (WFC) is excited to officially release the 2025 Tournament Schedule for its upcoming main event, set to take place October 16–19 at the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center in Indianapolis.

This year’s tournament will feature four action-packed days of intense culinary competition across ten official categories. The newly released schedule provides an overview of when each round and major event will take place, giving competitors, judges, and Food Sport fans everything they need to prepare for the biggest showdown in competitive cooking.

Here’s what to expect throughout the 2025 WFC weekend:
• Thursday & Friday (October 16–17):
The Opening Rounds will take center stage, with all ten categories competing in a high-stakes qualifying format inside Kitchen Arena.
• Saturday (October 18):
The weekend heats up with a full slate of Ancillary Events, including the fan-favorite WFC Junior, the Battle of the Branches – Military Challenge, Biscuits & Jampionship, and the all-new Redemption Round Challenge. Saturday is designed to showcase community, creativity, and second chances in the world of Food Sport.
• Sunday (October 19):
The top competitors in each category return for their Final Round showdown. The weekend will conclude with WFC’s annual Awards Show, where new champions will be crowned and take a step closer to the coveted title of World Food Champion and $150,000!!
