COMPETITION: World Open Chili Championship
QUALIFYING EVENT: 2012 WildCard Draw
Last week I finished 2nd for my traditional red chili in the World Championship Chili Cook-off in Charleston, WV!!! been cooking in competitive chili cook-offs for 18 years. At the age of 36, I am the youngest Grand Master cook in the International Chili Society. This year was my 12th year to qualify for the ICS World Championhip Chili Cook-off. In addition to competing against chili cooks across the country, my biggest competitors (and supporters) are in my family and include my husband, mom, dad, sister and brother-in-law! Good luck to my family this year!!!!
