I've been participating in culinary competitions since the late 1990\'s starting with BBQ and over the years winning in Wild Game, Chili, Rub, Sauce and Recipe contest. My wife says I\'ll smoke the rubber off a spare tire if there is a trophy involved. I have a passion for creating food that people enjoy with flavors that are outside the box of what they are accustomed to tasting. My wife, Lynn and I have been catering for 14 years and make a spicy cracker that we are now distributing in 7 states. God has blessed us and I feel it is important to use my talent to help others.
