I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA where I was exposed to a variety of cusines. My favorites are Cajun, Southern, Italian, Mexican and of course BBQ! We moved to Texas in 2000 and got introduced to BBQ competition. We currently do around 20 to 25 cook offs a year. We have around a dozen or so Grand Championships and 6 or so Reserve Grand Championships as well as multiple top ten finishes.
