I have loved to cook and bake since I was in elementary school. As I got older, I began to cook more often and also in a more sophisticated way; i.e. piping frosting onto my cupcakes instead of using a knife, and making homemade edible roses for a cake instead of buying them pre-made. My Italian grandparents and my mother have significantly influenced my culinary life. Without them, I would not be as passionate about food as I am. I am a registered nurse at a hospital in New York City. My hobbies, besides cooking and baking, are doing yoga, home organizing, traveling, and spending time with my adorable baby niece.
