COMPETITION: World Sandwich Championship
I grew up within the Midwest meat and potatoes regimen. My husband and I lived in Europe for 12 years and thoroughly enjoyed the cuisines of France and Bavaria. Dinner entertainment of business clientele was a weekly event. And not too many sandwiches. However, in my first WFC competition in 2016, I won 1st place in the sandwich category. Defending my title in 2017 will be a daunting challenge. I look forward to renewing the wonderful relationships at WFC 2017.
