QUALIFYING EVENT: Challenge Butter Food Champ Recipe Contest
My passion for cooking has somehow landed me in a spot to learn to bake in a short period of time - guess you can never have enough food skills. I usually compete in KCBS BBQ competitions with Recycled Smoke although we have competed in the WFC Bacon category for the past 2 years. This year is a bit different. Due to scheduling issues I will have to compete with a new partner, friend and neighbor Mr.Travis Smith, and also prepare to move from BACON to BAKIN' as we call it in the South. Who knows maybe BBQ-ed meat and cake will blend somehow.
